Great question! Sizing charts by product can be found on each product page. And we get it, our measurements are a little different than what you might be used to. All measurements are of the garment, and are not body measurements. We suggest, you pull our your favorite fitting item that is similar to the one you are looking at, and measure it flat on a table.
